Career Details


Won a major UK TV Talent Show. Appeared on ITV1 on Boxing Night 2009 in The All Star impressions Show.

Fronted one of the UKs top show bands from the 60’s called The Rockin Berries for 5 years.  Playing some of the country’s most prestigious venues, ie: Wembley Arena, Grosvenor House Hotel, The Savoy & Café Royal.

Worked on the TV Show Who Do You Do for SKY TV.

Spent 3 years performing live at Alton Towers Theme Park.  Was resident Voice Over Artist for Alton Towers for 5 years providing all the voices for the male costume characters,

Commissioned by Virgin radio to provide Voices of Rock & Roll Personalities.

More recently, have attracted a huge internet following on You Tube, attracting more than 20 million hits.  Famous for impersonating Rock & Pop Legends,  The Beatles being one of the most popular.  The Fan base is worldwide (the UK And US being the most popular) and includes some very Famous names, Paul McCartney, Johnny Depp, Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Heather Mills McCartney, Mari Wilson, Nick Heyward, Ian McNabb, Oasis.  The famous cartoonist for the New York Times Ron Ferdinand  (Dennis The Menace) is a fan, even sending Steve personal cartoons of the Beatles and Dennis talking about Stevie Riks.

Heather Mills left a personal message on a comedy sketch which involved her and Paul, to say “I am allowed to laugh at this Steve, I love your work, Heather”.

The Management team for Jeff Lynne contacted Steve to say how much Jeff enjoyed the videos parodying him.

The Oasis Fansite (Stopycryingyourheartout.com) won the prestigious BT Digital Awards for the Best Unofficial Website 2 years running, with the help of Steve submitting a comedy video with him playing the characters of Liam and Noel appealing to the fans for votes.  Then an acceptance speech video made by Steve as Liam and Noel was played at the televised awards dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Steve hosted the Beatles Matthew Street Festival 2009 at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool, where he compered and performed as Paul and Ringo and was besieged by You Tube fans from all over the world, all of whom were quoting his Beatles catchphrases.

Steve is also a Talented Voice Over Artist, providing celebrity and character vocals for clients who include:

More recently Steve was the Voice of Pondlife, who reached No 11 in the Singles Chart in competition with Crazy Frog with Ring Ding.

Steve also has a talent for Comedy Writing, his speciality being Parody & Sketches.
